Cindy Brogdon

Cindy Brogdon the former Tennessee Lady Vol was a three-time Kodak All American. She first received the honor as a freshman at Mercer University. She later received the honor again in her junior and senior years at the University of Tennessee. She was a member of the 1976 U. S. Olympic women's basketball team, which won a silver medal. Cindy was the first female athlete from the state of Georgia to receive a full college athletic scholarship. She ranked second in AIAW career scoring with 3,204 points and was eleventh in career scoring average with 25 points per game. She was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002. Currently, Cindy is coaching at Centennial High School in Roswell, Georgia.
